Digital Content Access Terms & Conditions

  1. Introduction
    • These Digital Content Access Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the online courses, video content, and other digital materials ("Content") provided by Fantastic People Ltd, a company registered under company number 13055542 at 85 Great Portland Street, First Floor, London, W1W 7LT (the "Provider"). By accessing or using the Content, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Content.
  1. License to Access Content
    • The Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Content solely for personal development and wellbeing purposes.
    • You do not acquire any ownership rights in the Content. All intellectual property rights in the Content remain the exclusive property of the Provider.

  1. No Refunds or Cancellations
    • Due to the nature of digital content, once access is granted, no refunds or cancellations are permitted.
